Offer A — EOFY 10%
A1. The Offer
Receive 10% off your total function spend when you book before 15 June 2026. This offer is valid for functions taking place on or before 31 July 2026, subject to availability. The discount will be applied to your final function invoice. This offer is not applicable to existing bookings.
A2. Eligible Events
Open to all function types including birthdays, celebrations, corporate events, and private gatherings. Applies to seated or standing functions held under a confirmed booking.
A3. Excluded Spaces
The following spaces are not available under this offer: The Rooftop and The Deck (weather-dependent spaces).
Offer B — No Minimum Spend
B1. The Offer
There is no minimum spend required to secure a booking under this offer. This offer applies to selected dates between 1 June and 31 August 2026, subject to availability. All food and beverage items will be charged at standard function menu pricing unless otherwise stated. This offer is not applicable to existing bookings.
B2. Group Size
Available for bookings of 10 to 30 guests. Groups outside this range may be quoted separately.
B3. Excluded Spaces
The following spaces are not available under this offer: The Rooftop and The Deck (weather-dependent spaces).
General Terms — Applicable to Both Offers
1. Menu Selection
A set menu or function menu applies to all bookings. Menu selections must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the event. Offerings may change slightly due to seasonality of produce; guests will be notified of any amendments.
2. Beverages
Beverage consumption tabs are available and must be pre-approved by the venue. Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times.
3. Deposit & Confirmation
A $200 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit will be fully applied toward your food spend on the night.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
- – Cancellations more than 30 days prior: full deposit refund.
- – Cancellations 14–30 days prior: deposit retained as credit, valid for 3 months.
- – Cancellations within 14 days: deposit forfeited.
- – Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior and will be charged accordingly.
5. Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. While all care is taken, the venue cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
6. Duration of Event
Standard function duration is 2 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing. Extensions may be available and may incur additional charges.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
The venue practices responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
8. Weather & External Factors
For semi-outdoor spaces, the venue reserves the right to relocate or adjust arrangements due to weather conditions or operational requirements.
9. Venue Space Allocation
The venue reserves the right to allocate function spaces based on group size and operational requirements. Specific areas are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
10. General
These offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotion or discount. The venue reserves the right to amend or withdraw either offer at any time without notice.
