We’re kicking things off in Sardinia with a seafood lover’s dream. Inspired by the island’s coastal bounty, this menu is packed with fresh, vibrant flavours made for long, lazy lunches.

CALABRIAN HEAT | MAR 22 – APR 13
Things are heating up as we head to Calabria, where bold flavours and spice take centre stage. Anchovies, nduja, and fresh produce combine for a fiery, flavour-packed feast that’s made for sharing.
